We aim to have all UK orders delivered within five working days.
All UK items will be sent via Royal Mail, with tracked delivery service, once ready to ship and the relevant level of insurance and proof of purchase.
If a parcel is returned to us via Royal Mail and delivery has to be attempted for a second time, you will need to pay a delivery fee of £5.00. Delivery is only free on all UK orders on the first delivery attempt.
In some cases, such as the festive season, delivery may take longer than usual. Please get in touch if you require a delivery to arrive by a certain date: email@example.com.
Occasionally, if you or your address is local to us, we can deliver items personally.

For International delivery enquiries, please get in touch and we can provide you with an invoice for shipment to your delivery destination: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
If you wish to return any items, you are responsible for returning the item on a tracked service. Once the item has been received, we will issue you a refund.
Breakages & Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. Please photograph the damaged item and email us, we will discuss the options: email@example.com. Please wait for our instructions before returning the damaged item to us. A replacement will only be dispatched after we have received the damaged item.
For faulty items, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and keep the item and packaging used. Please photograph the faulty item and email us, we will discuss the options: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will offer a replacement or refund the cost of the item.
In some cases, such as the item you purchased is no longer available, you will be refunded. All items are limited editions, therefore when sold out, the item cannot be reproduced.
If your item does not arrive within seven working days of dispatch for delivery within the UK, please contact us in case delivery has been delayed: email@example.com.
Items returned to us by the postal service marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.
We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.
Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to the carrier (Royal Mail). For any missing items or issue with delivery, you have 28 days with which to contact us to discuss. After this point, we cannot refund or replace the missing items.
