Returning items must conform to our returns policy listed below. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them).
Returns for items in perfect condition can be made within 30 days of your initial order. If you wish to make a return, you must inform us in writing by email within 30 days of making your order. When making a return, you are responsible for returning the item on a tracked delivery service and appropriate insurance, as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged on their return journey. Please note we cannot accept returns unless you have kept the original packaging and are able to repackage the item securely using this.
You will be given the option of an exchange or we will refund your payment of the product. We aim to reimburse you within 14 working days.
In some cases, such as the item you purchased is no longer available, you will be refunded. All items are limited editions, therefore when sold out, the item cannot be reproduced.
If you exchange a print, you will need to pay a delivery fee of £5.00. Delivery is only free on all UK orders on the first delivery attempt.
If you want to return a print after 30 days, it is OFFICIAL Designs’ discretion to refund or offer a credit note.
If you purchase an item as a Christmas gift between 1st – 31st December, we will extend our usual return policy until the 14th January. However, any items bought prior will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Breakages & Damaged Items
For damaged items, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and keep the item and packaging used. After this point we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please photograph the faulty item and email us, we will discuss the options: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please wait for our instructions before returning the damaged item to us. We will offer a replacement or refund the cost of the item. A replacement will only be dispatched after we have received the damaged item.
We have taken reasonable steps to depict products as accurately as possible through the photographs, mock-ups, and the detailing (such as colour, any printing techniques and textures, etc).
Please note that due to the process used to create our products, each product is unique, no two are the same and may differ from the photos shown on our marketing materials. Please note that what you see on-screen will depend on your monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a product when you receive it.
Each product page has the detailing information of the products sizing. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any product, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order: email@example.com.
