Font Design
Inspired by the night and club culture, Night Variable Display is designed for logotypes and typography to take the leading role with large, engaging and impactful text. This uppercase headline typeface is variable through its nine weight styles. With the future in mind, Night Variable Display can be linked to sound and lighting technology to elevate typography and logotypes into a new dimension.
Every letterform has been designed using a minimalist approach with shapes and lines, all based on the same grid. Night’s nine weights also allow flexibility across designing different levels of typography. Punctuation and symbols have also been designed into the typeface to support typography in copy usage.
